How to Stake

On Pryzm, yield-bearing assets like LSTs are called Collateral Tokens, or cTokens. Users can stake assets in Pryzm to turn them into cTokens, which earn yield. For more information, visit the cTokens page.

1. Visit https://app.pryzm.zone/ and connect your wallet. Under the Earn tab, click Liquid Staking.

2. Click on the asset you want to liquid stake. You'll need to make sure you have the asset in your wallet before you can stake. OSMO will be used in this example.

3. Enter the amount you want to stake to convert it into a cToken. In this example, OSMO will be liquid staked to create cOSMO.

4. Click Submit. Your transaction will be processed, and your cToken will appear in your account.

How to Unstake

You can unstake your assets to redeem them for the underlying base asset. In this example, we'll unstake cOSMO for OSMO.

There are two methods for unstaking:

• Instant Burn: You can receive your asset instantly without waiting for an unbonding period.
• Slow Burn: You will begin the unstaking process and will need to wait for the unbonding period to end before you can receive your asset.

Instant Burn

1. Visit https://app.pryzm.zone/liquid-staking, select the asset you wish to unstake, and click the Unstake button.

2. Select Instant Burn and enter the amount to be unstaked.

3. Click Accept and Burn and sign the transaction in your wallet extension.

After waiting a few moments, your unbonded assets will be received.

Slow Burn

1. Visit https://app.pryzm.zone/liquid-staking, select the asset you wish to unstake, and click the Unstake button.

2. Select Slow Burn and enter the amount to be unstaked. Click Accept and Burn.

3. Read the warning carefully. You will need to wait for the unbonding period to be completed to receive your tokens. If you wish to proceed with a slow burn, check the box and click Accept and Burn.

Your cToken will begin undelegating.

Instant Swap

You can swap cTokens for non-bonded tokens by using the instant swap feature.

1. Visit https://app.pryzm.zone/liquid-staking, select the asset you wish to unstake, and click the Instant Swap button.

2. In the top section, select the asset that you own that you want to swap.

3. In the bottom section, select the asset that you want to swap for.

4. Click Swap to instantly swap your assets. Sign the transaction in your wallet extension to complete the swap.
